Internal developer platforms on GCP and Kubernetes—Backstage portals, golden paths, Crossplane and Terraform control planes, and GitOps (Argo CD, Flux CD) so product teams ship faster with guardrails.
PT CPI designs platform products—not just clusters. We implement Backstage (or equivalent) developer portals with software templates, service catalogs, and documentation that developers actually use. Golden paths encode your security, networking, and observability defaults so teams start from “approved,” not from blank YAML.
Control planes combine Crossplane, Terraform, and OpenTofu with policy-as-code and GitOps delivery via Argo CD or Flux CD. Kubernetes platforms include multi-tenancy patterns, quota management, and integration with Cloudflare edge when traffic leaves GCP.
We measure platform success with DORA-style metrics: deployment frequency, lead time, change failure rate, and time to restore—reported to leadership in language finance and engineering both understand.
