Terms of Service with PT Cloud Platform Indonesia (PT CPI)

PT CPI provides professional technology services including Google Cloud, software development, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, data platforms, FinTech engineering, platform engineering, and FinOps. Scope, deliverables, and fees are defined only in executed commercial documents—not by website copy alone.

You agree not to misuse the website (unauthorized access, malware, scraping that impairs service, or unlawful content). We may suspend access to protect the site or other users.

Site content, branding, and documentation are owned by PT CPI or licensors. Client deliverables and licenses are defined in your SOW. Unless agreed in writing, you may not reproduce our materials for commercial redistribution.

Website and documentation content is for general information. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that the site is error-free or uninterrupted. Professional advice for your organization is provided only under a signed engagement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PT CPI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Liability under a signed SOW is limited as stated in that agreement.

You agree to indemnify PT CPI against claims arising from your unlawful use of the site or violation of these Terms, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jakarta, Indonesia, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
