Initial contact, needs understanding, feasibility, and workshop scheduling.
Phase 2 — Assessment & Scoping
Architecture review, phase estimates, risks, and draft scope.
Phase 3 — Commercial
Proposal, Statement of Work (SOW), procurement, Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), and client internal approval.
Phase 4 — Kickoff
Access, work plan, Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed (RACI), communication, and project baseline.
Phase 5 — Delivery
Sprint/wave, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), demos, change control, and progress reporting.
Phase 6 — Gates
Security, compliance, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and go-live approval.
Phase 7 — Handover
Runbooks, documentation, training, and operations transition.
Phase 8 — Closure
Retrospective, lessons learned, archive, and optional managed service.
