Phase 8: Closure & Retrospective

Goal: Close the engagement with documented learning and a clear path for the next phase.

  1. Retrospective — what worked, what to change for future phases
  2. Archive — repos, Architecture Decision Record (ADR), audit evidence handed to client owner
  3. Invoice & administration — per Statement of Work (SOW)
  4. Continuation options — managed ops, phase 2 roadmap, or support retainer
