Phase 1: Discovery

Phase goal: Ensure PT Cloud Platform Indonesia (PT CPI) understands your business context, regulation, and technical priorities—and that we are the right partner before a deeper assessment investment.

  • Business problem summary (1–2 pages or a short meeting brief)
  • Industry domain (banking, FinTech, enterprise, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) vendor, etc.)
  • Aspirational timeline and constraints (budget, audit, go-live)
  • Business sponsor and primary technical contact
  • Initial existing cloud information (Google Cloud Platform (GCP)/AWS/on-prem) if any
  1. Discovery session (60–90 minutes, virtual/onsite Jakarta) — map goals, stakeholders, and critical integrations.
  2. Engagement classification — Google Cloud Platform (GCP) landing zone, application modernization, Development, Security, and Operations (DevSecOps), security (Wiz/Cloud-Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP)), data platform, FinTech, Financial Operations (FinOps), or a combination.
  3. Initial risk identification — data residency, Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK)/Payment Card Industry (PCI), legacy dependencies, access availability.
  4. Recommended next steps — structured assessment, architecture workshop, or limited proof-of-concept.
