- Engagement checklist met as far as possible

- Final Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed (RACI) — see Roles & responsibilities
- Access — Google Cloud Platform (GCP), repos, ticketing, communication channels
- Baseline — phase 1 backlog, definition of done, demo calendar
